دم القبيلي بملايين ريالات سعودية ودم المسكين ثمنه الحسرة ودموع أسرته
بالأمس دفعت ملايين الريالات السعودية دية رجل وابنه ينتسبون إلى احدى قبائل وادي حضرموت وقد قتلا في ظروف غامضة في أحد اٌقسام الشرطة ودفعت الثمن جياع حضرموت من ثروتهم الوطنية المنهوبة من قبل الاحتلال اليمني والمتسلطين الحضارم".
قبلها قتل الشهيد "محمد سعيد يادين" وهو يطالب بحقوق كل الحضارم بما فيها خدمات الماء والكهرباء وهو إبن مدينة تريم الذي لا قبيلة له تحميه وجرح معه شباب آخرون ودفع ثمن دمهم من سلطة حضرموت والمسكين الشهيد "يادين" ثمن دمه دموع أبويه ومحبيه وبالطبع المساكين في كل وادي حضرموت".

بيان استياء من أسرة الشهيد محمد سعيد يادين تعبر فيه عن استيائها من تأخير العدالة في قضية الشهيد، وتؤكد على تمسكها بخيار القضاء لتحقيق العدل والقصاص العادل.

تتقدم أسرة الشهيد محمد سعيد يادين بالتحية والتقدير لشباب ومواطني مديرية تريم وحضرموت عامة على تواصلهم المستمر وتضامنهم الملموس معها في متابعة سير قضية الشهيد، التي لا تزال تؤرق أرواحنا وتهز ضمائرنا. بعد مضي قرابة الشهرين و النصف من مقتل الشهيد و انتهاء التحقيق في قضية الشهيد، نجد أنفسنا في انتظار حاسم لتحويلها إلى القضاء، رجاءً أن تتحقق العدالة وينال المظلوم حقه.
تؤكد أسرة الشهيد على تمسكها بخيار القضاء، إيماناً منها بأن هذا هو السبيل الوحيد لتحقيق العدل والقصاص العادل. كما تعيد الأسرة التأكيد على أهمية تشكيل لجنة وزارية للتحقيق في أحداث المدينة، انطلاقاً من قناعة راسخة بأن قضية الشهيد تتجاوز كونها قضية أسرة واحدة، بل هي قضية المجتمع بأسره، ومطلب من مطالب أبناء المديرية وحضرموت.
نثمن عالياً روح التضامن التي أظهرها أبناء تريم وحضرموت، وندعو الجميع إلى الاستمرار في المطالبة بالحق والعدالة، حتى تتحقق الغاية النبيلة التي ننشدها جميعاً، وهي إحقاق الحق وإقامة العدل. كما ندعو المنظمات الحقوقية والإنسانية المحلية والدولية إلى دعم القضية والوقوف مع أسرة الشهيد. الرحمة لروح الشهيد، والله ولي المظلومين.

The family of the martyr Muhammad Saeed Yadin extends its greetings and appreciation to the youth and citizens of the Directorate of Tarim and Hadramout in general for their continuous follow-up and tangible solidarity with them in tracking the progress of the martyr's case, which still haunts our souls and shakes our consciences. After nearly two and a half months have passed since the martyrdom of the martyr and nearly a month since the investigation into the martyr's case was concluded, we find ourselves in a crucial wait for it to be referred to the judiciary, hoping that justice will be achieved and the oppressed will receive their rights.
The family of the martyr affirms its commitment to the judiciary option, believing that this is the only way to achieve justice and fair retribution. The family also reiterates the importance of forming a ministerial committee to investigate the events of the city, based on a firm conviction that the martyr's case transcends being a case of one family, but is a case of the entire society, and a demand of the sons of the Directorate and Hadramout.
We highly value the spirit of solidarity shown by the sons of Tarim and Hadramout, and we call on everyone to continue demanding rights and justice. We also call on all human rights and humanitarian organizations, local and international, to support the case and stand with the family of the martyr. Mercy on the soul of the martyr, and Allah is the guardian of the oppressed.
